good taste but plan on cooking for longerJan 20, 2010
I love risotto and usually cook the real stuff. I tried Beretta's Risotta Milanese with Saffron and mushrooms. They advertise on the box that it cooks in 12 minutes with 2 cups of water. 30 minutes later and 3-3 1/2 cups later, we had very tasty risotto. The real stuff is worth the effort when you have the time. Its great to have a "instant" option but I think they need to go back and test. Taste good; timing --not great thus my 3 stars.
